Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, Please take a look at my bespoke services. I can work with you to design invitations / stationery for any event, including engagements, hen parties, birthdays, christenings and baby showers. Please contact me for a quote.

House Collection: Within 5 days of receiving your first proof.

Bespoke Service: Within 3 weeks of receiving your first proof.

Up to 10 days from receiving your final approval.

The turnaround time will all depend on how long it takes you to approve your final draft(s) for printing.

Express service may be available. Please let me know before placing your order and shall do my best to accommodate your needs. An express fee will apply.

An invitation is given to each household, couple or individual. Ordering an extra 10 – 15 invitations would be recommended to cater for any last-minute changes to your numbers. Please note: reprinting a smaller quantity will be much more costly.

Certainly, once an item has been purchased a draft will be sent for you to approve*. When the final draft(s) has been approved, the item will be sent to print. No modifications will be available after this point. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.

*2 rounds of amendments will be available per order. All amendments are kindly requested within 5 days of placing the order and finalised. An additional £20 charge will occur on any additional modifications thereafter.

Most wedding invitations are printed on 300gsm, uncoated paper with a lightly hammered surface texture, to give the stationary a luxurious touch and feel.

Welcome signs and seating plans are typically printed on an A1 5mm Foamex board.

Save the Date cards are usually sent out 6 to 12 months before the wedding or when you have confirmed your wedding venue.  Wedding invitations are usually sent out 3 to 4 months before the wedding (allow more time for destination weddings).
